The general / steel-use series uses a bronze-colored coating and is typically offered as an HRC55 series.
Confirmed workpiece materials include stainless steel, cupru, aluminiu, aliaje de titan, materiale plastice, and wood. For other materials, we review the actual machining requirement before confirming the suitable configuration.
Coating color does not identify the coating chemistry by itself. If a customer requires a specific coating type, we review that requirement separately.
Aluminum-Use Series
The aluminum-use series mainly targets aluminum machining and uses a multicolor coating.
Standard radius and included-angle combinations are available for this series. în plus, we can review non-standard dimensions and coating requirements according to the application.
Flute and Helix Options
The standard metal-machining configuration uses 2 Fluiere and a 35° unghiul elicei.
Customers can also request 3-flute, 4-flaut, or other flute counts. For these non-standard configurations, we confirm the final design and applicable order quantity during quotation.
